With over 15 years in the financial services sector, I have seen the importance of planning for the opportunities and obstacles of life.  My passion is to foster young entrepreneurs and individuals to plan for their best life, and to guide and protect older individuals to protect their estate, thus seeing each generation working to a better tomorrow.

Graduate of the university of Saskatchewan, Mike started in the financial services business in 1987. Mike quickly showed an aptitude for helping business owners put in place sustainable risk management plans that helped their companies prosper and succeed. Mike carried on into management and spent 25 years in management with one of Canada’s leading Financial services companies. This experience was the catalyst to embarking on the journey of BOSS to help individuals, businesses and business owners protect and grow their life’s work.
